Three Aphorisms & their Translations

What it means: If a person makes wrong decisions from the start, he/she will continue to make poor decisions until it’s too late.

What it means: Even though people think making quick decisions seems to be an accomplishment, taking your time to make important decisions is always better.

  1. “He is wise, who knows the necessary; and not he, who knows much.” - Eshil, (525-456 BC), ancient Greek poet and playwright

What it means: A person who knows useful information is most likely to be more successful than one who knows information that’s useless.
